Venture Capital firms look for large market opportunities for their products
and services, usually in excess of $1B on a global basis. Investors would
prefer that these markets are in growth mode, measured by double-digit
revenue increases. The market's attractiveness is also driven by your
ability to capture a "commanding" market share so that you can dictate
prices and terms in the industry. Furthermore, industry profitability is
driven by providing high "value add" to your customers with great
benefit/cost ratio.
Your venture is well poised in a very large industry, with great
potential for you to have a profitable enterprise. All of this is very
appealing to venture capital firms, so you should be able to validate your
market with research, surveys and if possible, customer revenues. Select VCs

them that you have high value add for new customer relationships.
