We provide you with access to your account information in a number of ways, such as account statements, by telephone with an Investment Executive and online from your personal computer. If your account information is ever inaccurate, incomplete or in need of updating, please contact us at the telephone number on your account statement or trade confirmation. If you have any questions or feel that we have not handled information about you properly, you may always contact the Branch Manager of the office where your account is maintained or the Compliance Department, and he/she will investigate your concerns.

Keeping Up-To-Date With Our Privacy Policy

Our site's Membership Registration Form requires users to give us contact information (i.e. name and email address). Only when an electronic purchase is initiated do we request financial information (credit card data). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary.
